Progress and Never Prefection

This Blog will be a Progressive Post, and not a Perfect Post!

I have only figured out after a long time of setting up of where to find it again..

I beleive it will be great fun, and a source of communication, to write happenings, and experiences to those around me maynot even care about.

I will have a great time. When I feel the Call, I will feel Free to go with the flow!

Hey Randy,
Check out my new profile picture..
This is what physically happens when you use the A.C.T. products, daily. 30+ lbs later and 4 sizes smaller. The A.C.T. and Vitalagy are Awesome, but when you add the BODY TRIM, THINGS Keep happening FAST.
I have SUCCESS in the hardest spots, and I changed fats, and watch my yeast intake, but added BODY TRIM. My Body has done the rest. Sat Oct 25th, I will be Modeling on the runway for Catherine's Fashion's, and Z-Bo's the Traveling Bouqtiue. Catherine's Fashion's is for Large Size Fashion and it will probably be the last time I am in the their store, I am wearing their smallest size and it is big on me.. I never thought I would be reccommended to Model, or that clothes would be too big.. or the runway would be at the largest building in ND. The Fargodome, at the Women's Showcase, where the Guest Speaker will be the Super Nanny from England, Jo.
Who's to say where we will be, or what we will be doing, when we are able to have a Healthy Energy"

Windows Live Hotmail

Windows Live Hotmail: "Please read this..............and take the time if you are in the position to do so. I have started years ago. My Father was in the Naval Reserve during the Korean War, I have Uncles that were in the Service during WWI and WWII and I have family that served in Vietnam, and Iraq.
Years ago, I started going up and thanking those I saw in Uniform. I say'Thanks for serving our Country, you are part of the reason, I am able to write, and say what I believe. Thank you for serving, because some can and won't, some want to and are not able, and not all are willing, you have been apart of freedom for myself, and my family.' If they are wearing some clothing that states some sort of Service, I ask if they are in the Service of that branch, and tell them the same thing.

Sometimes they are not sure of what I am going to say, or what I want. I have greeted whole tables of service men and women at a resturant, and said thank you.
But always, they smile, after I share my thank you.

Thanks Paul for bringing up to the Front Lines Again."
